What It Costs

We offer flat monthly pricing for our bookkeeping services.

Full-Service Bookkeeping

One flat monthly rate based on your average monthly expenses.

What's included

Each month we categorize your transactions, reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, and produce financial reports you can actually use. Small issues get caught early, before they turn into year-end headaches. When tax time arrives, your books are ready to file.

How pricing works

Your rate is determined by your average monthly expenses, measured by total dollar amount. A business moving $15K in expenses pays less than one moving $200K. We review your accounts, set a flat monthly price, and that is the price you pay. It only adjusts if your business activity changes meaningfully.

What Clean Books Give You

Reliable numbers that show where your business actually stands.

Know What You Actually Earned

A bank balance is not profit. The money in your account often includes sales tax you owe, loan proceeds, or funds already promised to bills you have not paid yet. Reconciled books separate what came in from what is actually yours to keep.

Walk Into Tax Season Ready

When books are reconciled every month, filing becomes a handoff instead of a scramble. No reconstructing a year of transactions in March. As an Enrolled Agent, Gina can prepare your business returns directly from books she already knows, or hand a clean file to your CPA so they spend less time cleaning up and you spend less on their bill.

Make Decisions With Real Numbers

Hiring someone, buying equipment, raising prices, opening another location. These decisions are easier when you can look at last quarter's actual results instead of guessing from memory. Accurate books turn financial questions into answerable ones.
